At present, surfacing technologies are actively used in various spheres of the economy. Surfacing technologies, equipment and materials provide effective tool for reducing costs of industrial enterprises. The issue of reducing operating costs at enterprises is always relevant in terms of increasing profitability of any production, especially in crisis situation, when reduction of operating costs is one of the main areas for survival of both individual enterprises and entire industries. One of the main expenditure items for maintaining vital activity of any production are costs associated with maintenance and repair of machines and assemblies, providing them with spare parts and assemblies. In the matter of significant reduction in this item of expenditure, technology of restoration and surface hardening is of great help. For the Kemerovo region - Kuzbass, the most promising is mining equipment restoration and surface hardening. This article continues the study of promising wear-resistant coatings. Based on the previously obtained results on wear resistance and hardness of the deposited layers, the best coating properties were selected for further research. The structure, elemental and phase composition of the samples of the Fe-C-Si-Mn-Cr-Ni-Mo system deposited with flux-cored wire were studied by methods of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray phase analysis. The wire diameter was 6 mm. Surfacing was carried out on samples made of 09G2S steel. The surfacing was carried out at a current strength of 450 A, a voltage of 30 V, and a welding speed of 10 m / min.
Studying structure at nanometer level through practical experimentation is challenging due to the small particle size. The use of computer simulation methods for studying high-temperature effects on atomic mechanisms of transformation of the structure of a bcc crystal makes it possible to study problem that is difficult and expensive to solve by experimental methods. In this case, method of computer modeling is more rational. Purpose of the work is to study high-temperature effect on change in structure of the bcc metal crystal at the nanoscale level. Currently, many modeling methods are used that make it possible to study properties and structure of material at molecular level. In this study, molecular dynamics method was used. Using this method, it is possible to predict change in structure and properties when exposed to high temperatures. In the course of study, it was found that molecular dynamics modeling method has its advantages for simulating various joining processes using different types of materials on an atomic scale. Practical significance lies in study of the effect of high temperatures on metals and their alloys, which affect processes of structural restructuring at the atomic level, which makes it possible to use high temperatures for carrying out welding processes.
Power engineering and electrical technologies
The thermal operation of a steam power plant is analyzed, where special attention is paid to the operation of capacitors. The article focuses on the use of low-potential energy, due to the use of new technologies and the introduction of some changes in the design of the steam power plant. The results of the work can be considered as recommendations for practical implementation, as well as some innovations that need to be studied in training courses.
Automation and information technology
Based on computer modeling, estimates of the effectiveness (accuracy) and performance (speed) of the dichotomous programming method were obtained when solving the linear problem of forming a service improvement plan with two constraints. The procedure for solving the problem is based on peculiarity of the initial data of the problem, which makes it possible to apply the method of dichotomous programming.
Education and Pedagogy
The modern possibilities of identifying, clarifying and correcting the components of the process of managing quality of pedagogical and professional support of the individual in the conditions of an orphanage are determined in theorizing optimal construction of humanistically expedient solutions to problems and tasks of personality development by humanization and integration of science and education. Highlighted through age-related and socially corrected meanings and technologies, the activity of an individual in an orphanage is presented in description and clarification in various planes of scientific theorization and visual presentation of solutions to the problems of modeling and self-organization of quality of social inclusion. Integrity of personal development is determined by the basic mechanism of self-organization of the level of solving problems of age-appropriate activity in an orphanage. Consideration of conditions for normal distribution of abilities and health reflects the achievements and prospects of theorizing and ensuring quality of development and productivity of an individual in age-appropriate activity, the foundations of which are thinned out through the use of professional and pedagogical support. The definitions and models of theorizing and ensuring the quality of development and productivity of an individual in age-appropriate activity in conditions of orphanage have been clarified. The highlighted models of theorizing and ensuring quality of development and productivity of an individual in age-appropriate activity reflect external (accessible educational environment) and internal components of scientific and pedagogical search (pedagogical conditions in which technologies of self-identification, introspection, self-presentation, psycho-relaxation, psycho-correction are considered as components of monitoring and correction, hobby therapy, art therapy, support and facilitation technologies, etc.). The substantiation of the importance of technologies for managing quality of pedagogical and professional support of an individual in conditions of an orphanage is reflected in the context of the unity of external and internal factors and components of scientific and pedagogical research and scientific and pedagogical activity; in orphanage the need to develop programed pedagogical support for development, socialization and self-realization of an individual in the conditions of the orphanage is determined.
Health-forming thinking can be represented in the theorized conditions of clarification and visualization of modern science as a product of technologization of the integrated development of an individual and society. The uniqueness and relevance of the process of health-forming thinking development can be actively described through creation of humanistically expedient environments that reveal the uniqueness of formulation and solution of development problems through its components in the construct “I want, I can, I must, I am”, personification of choice of development direction and self-expression, self-realization and self-actualization. Promptness and correctness of the research-based clarification of the components of personal health-forming thinking development in the system of lifelong education is a method and mechanism for optimizing possibilities of managing humanistically expedient development of society, age-appropriate personal activities and availability of increasing professional level of scientific and pedagogical workers, determining direction and effectiveness of the student's activity in the system of meanings, goals, values, functions, competencies and other components of the scientific solution to the problems of integrating education, science, art, culture and sports. At the level of general scientific theorization, the health-forming approach is defined as a system of scientific knowledge and solutions to the problems of integrity of individual and social development, the constituent methodologies unify the ideas of health-forming thinking in the system of preferences and coordination of the capabilities of an individual and society. At the level of general pedagogical and general psychological theorization, health-forming type of thinking of the individual is defined as a category of psychological and pedagogical clarification of conditions and technologies for social development of personality, scientific and pedagogical research and personified-productive clarification of the scientific picture of the world are due to the categorical flexibility and reliability of the ideas of the development of personality and society.
Foundations of pedagogical methodology in theorizing and managing the quality of productive development of personality make it possible to single out, define and reveal the components of theorization of the described process and pedagogical phenomenon, refinement of which can be considered in the context of the ideas and meanings of the theorized methodological approach. Pedagogical methodology reveals the possibility of choosing the components of theorization in various planes of modern pedagogical science. In traditional pedagogy and pedagogical methodology, in scientific research and scientific theorization, three classically types and determinable meanings are distinguished - broad, narrow and local. In innovative pedagogical methodology, various components of scientific theorization are determined through the possibility of studying and visualizing certain components of scientific and pedagogical knowledge. The most popular are adaptive-productive, humanistic, functional-labor, health-preserving and other meanings and approaches. The meanings and methodological approaches that reveal the traditional and innovative ways of theorizing and managing the quality of productive development of an individual are determined. The problems of using pedagogical methodology in theorizing and managing quality of a person's productive development are highlighted. The functions of using pedagogical methodology in theorizing and managing quality of a person's productive development have been formulated. The models of use of pedagogical methodology in theorization and quality management of the productive development of an individual are grounded. The article defines the foundations and products of scientific substantiation of the significance of age-appropriate development and formation of personality. The poly-variety of translation models and productive multifactorial theorization of successful solutions to the problems of socialization and self-realization of the individual determined the direction and specificity of the refinement of the process of managing quality of a person's involvement in sports and educational environment of institutions of the continuous physical culture and sports education system. Productive activity of an individual in the system of continuous physical culture and sports education is considered as a priority and a product of a meaningful clarification of the conditions for development of personality in the context of the components “I want, I can, I must, I am”. The practice of solving the problems of ensuring an inadequate level of productivity of an individual can be understood through such comparison of the results of age-appropriate development, socialization and self-realization, such as "sport", "education", "science", "art". The definitions and models of theorization and technologization of the processes of formation and visualization of the components of a personal productive activity in the system of continuous physical culture and sports education are highlighted. Various types of models of the formation of ideas and technologies of productive activity of an individual in the system of continuous physical culture and sports education (goal-setting, problems, principles, functions, technologies, forms, methods, means, etc.) have been substantiated. The provisions on the quality of theorization and technologization of the processes of formation and correction of the components of a personal productive activity in the system of continuous physical culture and sports education are presented and described. The pedagogical conditions for providing opportunities for generation of values, technologies and ideas of productive activity of a person in the system of continuous physical culture and sports education are highlighted. The prospects for development of software and methodological support for the integrity and productivity of personality development in the system of continuous physical culture and sports education have been determined.
Professionaly-functional and system-related meaning primitives and constructs in organization and processing of research results in theory and methodology of physical education guarantee, in a holistic understanding of the direction of productive solution of development problems, an increase in quality of involvement of future physical education teachers in process of meaningful organization of scientific and pedagogical research.
