Metallurgy and Materials Science

3-7
Abstract

At present, the question of choosing a method of effective protection of various products and parts between strengthening the entire volume of material and applying protective coatings to the working parts of products is in most cases decided unequivocally in favor of the latter method. This is explained by the fact that the greatest destruction during operation is experienced by the surface. The most promising method of strengthening and restoration, allowing to radically improve the properties of surfaces, is surfacing. In addition, strengthening by surfacing is cost-effective, since the service life of parts is determined mainly by the durability of the coatings, which depends on the method of application, quality and composition of the coating.

Abstract

When creating and repairing continuous welded railway tracks, electric contact and aluminothermic welding of rails are used. In Russia, the majority of rails are welded using the electric contact method.

Mechanical engineering and transport

Abstract

The formation of artificial technical formations of complex structure, such as metallurgical complexes, has its own patterns dictated by the rational combination of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the elements included in them. The identification of these patterns is an extremely important task from both theoretical and practical points of view. The peculiarities of its solution are related to the fact that such patterns appear not immediately after the creation of these structures, but after a sufficiently long period of time associated with their refinement to a working state. This period covers decades of constant improvement of the structure of such systems until the moment when the system begins to operate sufficiently stably. This means that the pattern of the structure of the structure as applied to the conditions in which it is considered is realized to a greater extent. At this point, an opportunity arises to identify this pattern and record its features in order to use it in the formation of subsequent similar technical systems of great complexity.

Chemistry and chemical technology

17-23 2
Abstract

The development of modern science and technology places ever-increasing demands on the level of efficiency, quality and diversity of properties of products made of non-ferrous metals. Modern materials must combine their high mechanical and technological properties and qualities to ensure the necessary resources and reliability of the operation of products, aerospace technology, mechanical engineering, nuclear energy, radio engineering, electronics, etc. In this regard, the production and use of aluminum and its alloys, which have high corrosion and mechanical resistance, as well as a number of other specific properties, is of particular importance.

Architecture and construction

24-28
Abstract

When operating reinforced concrete structures, situations often arise when, with the bearing capacity ensured, deformations in the structural elements exceed the maximum permissible values, i.e. the requirements for operational suitability are not met.

Abstract

The theme indicated in the title of the article concerns everyone, it is eternal and will not lose its relevance; as long as a person lives, it is always new, although its roots go back to the deepest antiquity.

Automation and information technology

36-40 1
Abstract

The problem of designing roasting machines and optimizing their thermal operation cannot be effectively solved until the intensities of individual chemical reactions are relatively accurately determined in the mathematical model of the process. Taking into account the comments made in the work on the overall complexity of the complex mathematical model of the roasting process of ore-coal pellets, it is desirable to formulate the description of the physicochemical aspects of the process in the form of relatively simple mathematical equations that nevertheless correctly reflect the main (characteristic) aspects of a particular phenomenon.

Abstract

In 2017-2018, as part of increasing the production capacity of the Barzasskoye Tovarishchestvo OF (Berezovsky, Kemerovo Region), the technological complex was reconstructed by adding new technological equipment and sections. The modernization of the production part entailed the need not only to adjust the existing information support, but also to develop new elements of the automated process control system

Abstract

The Antonovskaya coal enrichment plant (Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo Region) was put into operation in 2001 and is one of the first new generation plants, in the creation of which microprocessor programmable logic controllers (PLC) and a SCADA system operating in hard real time were used.

Abstract

The efficient functioning of all branches of industry largely depends on progress in mechanical engineering, which has a great influence on the development of other sectors of the economy through the implementation of advanced scientific and technical developments, the creation of new mechanical devices and the introduction of new technical solutions. Modern mechanical engineering is characterized by increased requirements for the efficiency and productivity of the devices being developed, as well as their reliability, safety of operation and maintenance. These requirements lead to a reduction in the time of development of fundamentally new and improvement of already known mechanical devices, their calculation and the use of modern materials in them.

Economy and Management

55-58
Abstract

Human capital is understood as the stock of knowledge, skills and abilities that each person has, which can be used by him for production or consumer purposes. The formation of human capital is the process of developing a person’s productive abilities through investments in his activities. Investments in human capital are any investments in a person that affect the growth of his income and labor productivity.

Abstract

The management accounting system implies the presence of a certain set of general and specific principles that should regulate the rules for reflecting accounting objects and the scope of use of methodological techniques. Since management accounting is a component of the general accounting system, the principles that are formed for financial accounting are also accepted in management accounting. However, the latter generates information for planning, decision-making, developing an enterprise strategy and assessing activities, and the procedures for maintaining it must correspond to the principles of forming information systems about production in the conditions of using the most complex scientific tools - a systems approach, and recently - a situational approach. Consequently, management accounting should operate with such principles that will correspond to the three concepts of building.

Education and Pedagogy

63-65
Abstract

The federal state educational standard "Mining" adopted in Russia (2011) reflects a competency-based approach to professional education. At the same time, the competencies necessary for a mining engineer are acquired in the process of lectures, practical and laboratory classes, educational and industrial practices, and research work. A comparative analysis of the curricula and programs of Russian and foreign universities, the implementation of which allows one to obtain the qualification of "mining engineer", showed that general ideas about the professional competencies necessary for a modern mining engineer are similar throughout the world. One of the main features of modern mining engineer education is the widespread use of modern educational technologies, computer systems for 3D modeling of deposits and design, as well as electronic information resources.
