DEFORMATION CAPACITY OF DEPOSITED HEAT-RESISTANT P2M8 METAL DURING MARTENSITIC TRANSFORMATION
Abstract
The effect of increasing plasticity (or superplasticity) of metals and alloys, which manifests itself during structural and phase transformations, is widely used in practice. The advantage of using the effect of kinetic plasticity of metals and alloys is the possibility of significantly increasing the plasticity resource, reducing forces during deformation and preventing cracks caused by a significant level of internal stresses. Currently, the effect of kinetic plasticity during martensitic transformation is widely used in the case of surfacing of hardening steels.
