RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMAN CAPITAL, WAGES AND PRODUCTIVITY OF STAFF OF JSC "SLAVINO"
Abstract
Human capital is understood as the stock of knowledge, skills and abilities that each person has, which can be used by him for production or consumer purposes. The formation of human capital is the process of developing a person’s productive abilities through investments in his activities. Investments in human capital are any investments in a person that affect the growth of his income and labor productivity.
