ON THE STRUCTURE, AGE AND CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF SEDIMENTS OF THE HIGH FLOODPLAIN OF THE NENYA RIVER IN THE NENYA-CHUMYSH DEPRESSION

Abstract

The features of the structure of the valley of the lower and middle reaches of the Nenya River in the Nenya-Chumysh depression are considered. For the first time, the paper analyzes the study of three sections of the high floodplain of the Nenya River. The results of radiocarbon, lithological, and micropaleontological analyses of samples from these sections are presented. The analysis of the conditions for the formation of sediments of a high floodplain in the valley of the Nenya River is carried out.
