Накопление интеллектуального потенциала человечества в последней четверти ХХ века позволило мобилизовать ресурсы передовых стран для решения ряда глобальных задач, таких, например, как:

Всемирная энергетическая ‒ для обеспечения мировому сообществу единого энергетического пространства;

Всемирная информационная – для успеш- ного функционирования единого информаци- онного пространства;

Всемирная транспортная (в настоящее время – многовидовая) – для обеспечения обслуживания мирового сообщества в едином транспортном пространстве.

The accumulation of humanity's intellectual potential in the last quarter of the 20th century allowed the resources of advanced countries to be mobilized to solve a number of global problems, such as: – The World Energy – to provide the global community with a single energy space; – The World Information – for the successful functioning of a single information space; – The World Transport (currently – multi-type) – to provide the global community with a single transport space. These global systems determine the successful existence of the global community as a single entity. However , the main problem remains unresolved – the construction of a "Worldwide Land Transport System", which includes connecting the Eurasian and American continents through the Bering Strait.
