В контексте устойчивого развития регионов Российской Федерации ключевой является концепция, предусматривающая динамичное преобразование, направленное на достижение гармонии между экономическими, социальными и экологическими компонентами. При этом промышленный сектор, являющийся основой российской экономики, играет основополагающую роль в достижении этой цели. В основу исследования положена гипотеза о том, что интеграция передовых экологических, социальных и управленческих практик способна кардинально улучшить устойчивость развития отечественной промышленности. Рассмотрены практические аспекты современных технологий устойчивого развития промышленных предприятий; выявлены «узкие места», тормозящие движение в этом направлении. Проведенный анализ международного опыта устойчивого развития в промышленном секторе позволил выделить лучшие подходы и практики, которые могут быть адаптированы к российским условиям. В рамках исследования были выявлены отечественные лидеры в области реализации экологических и социальных практик, их опыт служит примером и источником ценных рекомендаций. По результатам проведенного научного исследования обозначены ключевые шаги, которые могут быть реализованы предприятиями промышленного сектора для повышения устойчивости и конкурентоспособности. Результаты исследования позволяют сделать вывод о том, что устойчивое развитие российской промышленности является не только важной целью, но и стратегической необходимостью. Оно способно обеспечить долгосрочный экономический рост, социальную стабильность и сохранение окружающей среды. Исследование создает основу для дальнейшего изучения эффективных направлений по обеспечению устойчивости промышленных предприятий России, открывая путь к формированию более устойчивой и конкурентоспособной экономики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Within the framework of the global agenda, ensuring sustainable development is becoming relevant for modern society, which involves creating conditions for economic progress and improving the quality of life of the population. In the context of the sustainable development of the regions of the Russian Federation, the key concept is a dynamic transformation aimed at achieving harmony between economic, social and environmental components. At the same time, the industrial sector, which is the backbone of the Russian economy, plays a fundamental role in achieving this goal. The research is based on the hypothesis that the integration of advanced environmental, social and management practices can dramatically improve the sustainability of the development of domestic industry. The practical aspects of modern technologies for the sustainable development of industrial enterprises are considered; the "bottlenecks" that hinder movement in this direction are identified. The analysis of the international experience of sustainable development in the industrial sector has allowed us to identify the best approaches and practices that can be adapted to Russian conditions. The study identified domestic leaders in the field of environmental and social practices, and their experience serves as an example and a source of valuable recommendations. Based on the results of the conducted scientific research, the key steps that can be implemented by enterprises of the industrial sector to increase sustainability and competitiveness are outlined. The results of the study allow us to conclude that the sustainable development of Russian industry is not only an important goal, but also a strategic necessity. It is capable of ensuring long-term economic growth, social stability and environmental conservation.
